Please note: Any emails referencing the use of products for human or animal consumption will not be answered and will render the refund policy void.

What Can Be Returned

• Up to two opened items (including individual vials)

• Any unopened and unused product, provided it’s not a discontinued item

This guarantee is valid for 90 days from the delivery date as confirmed by the tracking number. After 90 days, refund or exchange requests will be handled at our discretion, but we’re always happy to consider your situation — customer satisfaction is a top priority for us.

• All returns must be approved in advance. Please do not return any product without first contacting us and receiving a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
