We’re committed to making the return and refund process as simple as possible. Just contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), and we’ll assist you every step of the way.

To ensure smooth processing, please secure pre-authorization for all returns by reaching out to us for an RMA before sending items back. Refunds are issued promptly once the returned item is received, and whenever possible, will be credited to the original payment method. Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility as a customer. Additionally, any use of our products outside of intended research purposes (such as indications of human usage) will void our guarantees.

Returns are accepted for unopened items, and we allow up to two opened items per customer. This policy applies within 60 days of delivery, with exceptions considered on a case-by-case basis beyond this period. Your satisfaction is our priority.
